How does the process work?
As soon as we hear from you by phone or email, we will write up your order according to your specifications and verify the price.
You can send us your computer file(s), either on disk or via email. Once we receive your files we will tell you the exact price for your project. After signing an agreement between your company and ours, we will make a 3D model and send it to you
It takes about 2-5 business days to make a 3D model depending on a project's complexity. Because a 3D model is critical to the accuracy of your project we will carefully verify all views, heights and details in the phase. If you want to make any changes to your project, 3D modeling is the phase to do it. Once rendering is finished it would be very difficult to change the rendering.
We will send you a 'coloring system chart' to help you to identify the color of the finish. At the mean time you can send us your requirements (including photos and computer files)for finish texture, color and landscape. Once you approve the 3D model, we are ready to do rendering, lighting and landscaping.
What is a '3D' model?
A '3D model' is a color surfaced picture. Although it is merely a mesh of all surfaces , it comprises all details and decides the preciseness of the final rendering.
What is your standard turnaround time?
Once we have received your approvement of rendering, our standard turnaround is 5-7 working days.
Do you do rush jobs?
Yes, we do. We will try to accommodate your deadlines whenever possible without your incurring any rush charges. You can also choose to forego the color proofs, which will save some time. Occasionally, we may have to ask for a slight premium in order to meet your deadline.
What are the computer file specifications?
We can majorly accept Autocad files. If you do use other programs you may transfer the files to 'dxf' file which is a ASCII format file. If you have any problems or questions about file transferring , including computer programs you are using, give us a call at 425-485-3791 and we will be happy to suggest a solution. There is almost always a way to save your files in a format that we can work with.
How can I get my computer file(s) to you?
You can email your files to us. If the files are too big you can send those files through our FTP site. For details please call 425-485-3791 or email us at email@example.com
How do I review the '3D' model?
We will send you a 3D model in 'MS word' or PDF format. After you review the picture you can either email or fax it back.
What if I want to make changes after a 3D model has been made?
No problem; that's what a 3D model is for. If you have any changes that need to be made, you can mark them on the 3D model pictures and send them to us and we will make the changes for you. You then have the option of receiving another 3D model with the corrections - again at no cost.
How do I tell you the color system and finish material for a project?
We will mail you a color system sheet. Once you get it you can indicate colors for your project by numbers. For the finish material you can send us photos, samples or write down on the 3D model. We will apply all those to the renderings.
What if I need several views?
You can have as many views as you want.
How do I pay for the job?
We will email or fax you an agreement for the price. The payment is due after the final rendering has been done.
Is color printing included in your prices?
Normally we will send you a jpg file for the rendering. But if you do wish to have a hardcopy we will be happy to do it with $5.00 for 11x8.5 or $8.00 for 11x17 plus a shipping fee.
Can you send me Autocad files for the '3D' model?
No. We will send you a 3D model in 'MS Word' format.
What if I don't have my project on disk?
We can transfer paper document and hand-drafted drawings to electronic files. There is a fee for the service. Generally we charge $100.00 per sheet.
